INDUSTRIAL Whenever there is job requiring glassfibre solutions we are sure we have the answer, we have many years experience in general purpose glassfibre solutions. Over the years we've seen some really ingenious and creative designs that our customer have brought to us and we've always risen to the challenged and delivered the goods! Currently we are involved in a number of contracts with breweries, assisting in the construction of specialist brewing vessels, a change from our usual areas of expertise, but we welcome any challenge presented to us.
Other areas in which we have worked are in the hygenic coating of work surfaces in areas of food preparation. We are often asked for solutions to waste water management, and the drainage and containment of natural water..
We have also been involved with filtration systems and the installation of heavy duty guttering for industrial buildings.
Working in partnership with other contractors brought on to a project by the client, we are able to work to client's detailed instructions and put forward proposals for ammendments to improve the final installation both in terms of cost and efficiency

Slaughter House This is a small village slaughter house. The walls in the cold store where the meat is butchered needed to have a hygenic coating that could be washed down at the end of the working day.
This fibreglassed area is a part of the production of Tutbury Crystal. After the glass is cut it goes into a chemical wash to etch the glass. This is where it is washed off after this process.
Trains (left thumbnails): A tractor was hit by a train in Brighton, so we went to Sellhurst train depot in Croydon and took a mould from a goods train carrage to make a new section using Class O fire resistent resins & gellcoat. Then delivered the new section to the repair depot in Millton Keynes, replaced the damaged section with the new fabrication and resprayed the side of the train.
